As a mom, I’m always looking for ways to make life simpler, more organized, and healthier for my family. Whether it’s tracking baby’s habits, checking product ingredients, or shopping smarter, I’ve found a handful of apps and websites that have been game-changers in my daily routine. Here are my top must-have tools that I use regularly, depending on the season of life I’m in!

Bobby Approved – Know What’s Really in Your Food & Products

If you’re like me and care about what’s going into your family’s bodies, this app is a must! Bobby Approved is a quick and easy way to check food ingredients, household products, and even skincare items to see if they are clean and safe. Just scan the barcode, and it’ll break down the ingredients with a simple rating system—making it so much easier to make healthier choices at the store!

Why I Love It: No more reading complicated labels—just scan and go!

EWG.org – Double-Check Product Ingredients for Safety

If you like Bobby Approved, you’ll love EWG (Environmental Working Group) for checking ingredient safety. This site has a trusted rating system for baby products, skincare, household cleaners, and more. It’s easy to assume that if something is marketed for babies, it must be safe—but unfortunately, that’s not always the case. EWG helps you make informed decisions on what’s truly non-toxic and safe. It's not the most user friendly site, but here are some quick links to help get you started:

Why I Love It: A must-have for checking baby lotions, shampoos, and cleaning products.

Family Album – Effortless Photo Sharing with Loved Ones

Tired of sending the same photos of your little ones to different family members? Family Album makes it so easy to share pictures and videos with friends and family privately. Plus, it automatically organizes everything in a beautiful timeline and even creates photo books with just a few clicks!

Why I Love It: No more texting 10+ people the same baby photos—this app does it for you!

Pink Blush – Affordable, Stylish Maternity & Postpartum Fashion

Maternity clothes can get expensive fast, but Pink Blush makes it easy to shop cute, affordable maternity pieces that you can actually wear postpartum too. There’s always something on sale or a discount code to use, and they offer great ways to earn points for discounts (like leaving reviews or posting on social media).

Why I Love It: You don’t have to buy “maternity-only” clothes—you can wear them before, during, and after pregnancy!

Baby Registries – How to Get Freebies from Amazon, Target & Babylist

Did you know you can get free baby gift boxes from Amazon, Target, and Babylist just for creating a registry? Most places require a small qualifying purchase, and then you’ll get a box of free samples, bottles, diapers, and sometimes even outfits! Here’s what I do to maximize the freebies: ✔ I create a private registry at Amazon, Target, and Babylist.

✔ I keep only my Babylist registry public so friends and family know where to shop.

✔ To qualify for Amazon and Target’s free boxes, I add something I was already planning to buy from my usual shopping list to meet the requirement.

✔ Since Babylist is my main registry, someone usually makes a qualifying purchase there, allowing me to receive a third free baby box.

Why I Love It: Who doesn’t love free baby essentials?!

Baby Sprout – The Best Baby Tracker for Sleep, Feeding & Growth

In the newborn stage, I felt like I was constantly trying to remember feedings, diapers, and sleep patterns—and that’s where Baby Sprout saved me! This app helps you track all of baby’s habits (bottles, breastfeeding, sleep cycles, growth milestones) so you can see patterns and trends over time. It’s also great for keeping track of your postpartum recovery, so you don’t forget to take care of yourself too!

Why I Love It: No more second-guessing when the last bottle or nap was!

The Wonder Weeks – Understanding Baby’s Developmental Milestones

Every mom hears about “leaps” and growth spurts, and The Wonder Weeks app helps explain what’s going on with your baby during these phases. It tracks mental leaps, milestones, and offers activity suggestions to help your little one through each stage. I personally didn’t use this as much, but I know many moms swear by it!

Why It’s Helpful: Helps decode fussy phases and provides milestone tips.

Cozi – The Best Family Organizer App

If you’re juggling appointments, meal planning, and schedules for the whole family, Cozi is a lifesaver! It’s a shared family calendar, to-do list, meal planner, and shopping list all in one. You can sync it with your partner, assign tasks, and even get reminders so nothing falls through the cracks.

Why I Love It: Keeps everything in one place so I never forget important dates or grocery essentials!

Final Thoughts

These are the apps and websites that have made a huge difference for me as a mom. Whether it’s tracking baby’s habits, shopping smarter, or checking for non-toxic products, having the right tools can make life so much easier!
